Smile CMOR HO Goal

Work sessions to go before the CMOR event on Nov 4:

Thursday: Oct 19, 26, Nov 2
Saturday: Oct 21
Sunday: Oct 29 (only if we work during the Swap/Flea sale)

So that is 4 or 5 work sessions to meet the CMOR event.

I have seen layouts where they show a track that is partially finished just to show the public the stages of layout building. So if we have a train running but the layout not fully completed we still have met our goal.

Re: CMOR HO Goal

There is a difference between "operational" and "fully operational". As long as the road gangs and MOW crews are working there will be many slow orders and restrictions; but, as Clif said, as long as something is running we can say were are operational (albeit restricted).
