Wink From Bakeries to Bars

First Photo: Now just where would our imfamous Bagelman get his goodies around here anyway? Now we know and it's right under our noses in our own town of Bagelton. Looks like they make them big and I can see why the kids like hanging out here. Something I'm having trouble with is I have no idea how that bakery worker can stay so trim or maybe its delivering all of those bagels?

Second Photo: I know, I know another drinking establishment. This ones a bit special. The Dew Drop Inn is actually a front for the Bagelton Area Scale Trains and Rails Drinking Society. You see they got tired of the apparent stigma that real men don't go out and play with trains, they go drink! This group can now play the macho game of telling everyone they are going out to get 'tooted'.

Re: From Bakeries to Bars

Hey! This is cool. I'm of course deeply honored.

When I promised my wife I was going to be
"rolling in the dough" I don't think this is
quite what she envisioned!

Great job, Brucie

Thanks for the props!

"Z" scale children's Storytime programs

Bob and Marty Sanders have been putting on a 45 minute presentation using Bob's "Z" scale layout and Marty's teaching experience. These programs are at area public libraries in the Rio Grande Valley. The children's librarians have been thrilled. We just get worn out setting up and tearing down but it's worth the education we can give some of these little guys. Maybe some of them will take up model railroading.
