Your coordinators first priority is to inspect the tracks for any additional damage from the cold dry spell. Hopefully, some of the areas have reverted back into their original positions. If so we can reglue, nail, staple, hammer, or whatever we need to do to better secure these tracks. We also will need to assess cutting some expansion gaps in the rails and possibly exchange the Atlas 5-inch connector tracks with flextrack pieces.

After all of that mess, we should be able to get back into our ongoing routine projects and such. OUr own Phil Brooks is a birthday boy this weekend and his status (for potentially bringing bagels) is iffy.

We also need to recheck the latch alignment on our doorway from the n-scale room out into the hands on room. As previously noted, the weather caused this doorway out of plumb and is wouldn't latch without significant presuasion.
