I have successfully set up a mug shot on my profile (albeit the GN logo ) and have attached a photo to a posting. But, I have not found anyway to upload an Avatar. Obviously it's possible as 'ctrains' has added the NS logo to his signature line. After I open the "Edit Avatar" it offers no upload or editing option.

Is there a secret backdoor or am I just missing something?

Does the moderator have it setup to allow custom Avators?

Can someone do a step by step procedure to upload from their harddrive?
