This is a new year and therefore a good time to start fresh with a show of all the new xmas goodies (train stuff that is).

There are the usual ongoing layout improvement projects but I would like to start shifting some of our energy on moving toward operations. I touched on some things in the January Scoop and this Sunday would be a good time to start prioritizing things we need to do to get ready. So lets talk, lets plan, and lets initiate needed actions.
