Flat Rock Train Show Report
The wee people express made the journey over to Flat Rock, NC to attend the French Broad e'N'pire Autumn Train Show and Swap Meet. Rick Heller had said this was a good local show and Bob, Charlie, Larry, and I did verify the correctness of his statement. Or, do I mean to say our wallets can attest to that fact and the following photo's give a good overview of the show:
Photo 1: A shot from the stage out onto the vendors floor. In the foreground is the host clubs N-Track layout. Behind me on the stage was a nicely detailed HO layout. Photo 2: Caught Rick Heller getting his goody bag ready for n-scale stuffing. Photo 3: Charlie Womac doing what we do best at a train show BUYING! Photo 4: Bob Strickland getting down and dirty studying n-scale military vehicles and discussing other products with the owner. Photo 5: Larry Burkholder cruising the floor with goody bag in hand. No-Photo: Your photography also left the show with just enough money to buy dinner at a Rick Heller recommended eatery!

Re: Flat Rock Train Show Report
Great! Not only do our local KAMR N-Scale heroes have to watch out for the throngs of local train groupies, now they have to watch out for paparazzi when they go out of town, too!
Looks like fun! Wish I could have gone... -Phil

Re: Flat Rock Train Show Report
A good photographer must always be prepared to document the actions of the N-trend setters!
Remember, the curious are always watching!
