I propose having some discussions on what we should take care of in preparation for the CMOR World of Trains Gala scheduled for December 1 (Friday evening). I would like a consensis of what we can essentially complete and what housekeeping we should take care of. I don't have any idea where the HOers will be by this date and so should assume basically the wee trains and the outdoor goliaths are it. The gala will be here in no time so lets see what we can do to have things in order (food, trains, food, comradery, food, trains, ...).

We still need to keep at what we've been doing. On a side note I'm still BUGGING THE STEW out of Phil to schedule an open house to visit his Clinch River empire.
