First Photo: Southern railfanning can always yield a surprise or two these days. Caught a GN 2882 Mallet climbing a grade into unfamiliar country.

Second Photo: The great goat has apparently invaded Clinchfield country. I think the engineer heard that there's some mighty fine bagels to be had in this part of the country. Or, is that someone is just strumming his bass.
