Thanks for the layout design effort!

It took a while to penetrate my thick head but I would like to include the possibility of adding DCC electronics such as block signals, automatic highway crossbuck lights with sound modules for the bells, and how about decoder/transponder equipped loco's, etc.

It's all in the details.
