Looking for cheep/low-end N-scale engine for my Christmas layout.

I am a club member who, like many, have multiple scale layouts. My primary is large scale (S) but I have a very low-end N-scale Christmas layout for the kids. My little ALCO engine stopped running three days after Christmas. The ALCO is not worth "repair" since the coupler was broken and I tied it to a car a couple years ago.

Please contact and maybe the website could consider a swap-shop/for sale section. There may be one now but I have not located.
