The F7-A you are refereing to is indeed a Milwaukee unit. There is also an FP-7 that I havn't looked into the history of. There are pictures that Charlie Womac posted of these units on an old thread under this forum category titled "SARM 'F' Units at ETTP" dated 11/7/05 that I started.

I think this would be a great volunteer opportunity for you and our club to get involved with SARMs restoration projects.
