Minutes of Knoxville Area Model Railroaders December 5, 2010



Members and their guests arrived at 6 PM for social hour and covered dish dinner followed by a brief business meeting.

Treasurer’s report was not given.



No division reports were given.



The President of the KAMR Board, Dick Brion, opened the business meeting, noting that this meeting was for the installation of Officers and Division Superintendants. The candidates were introduced by board member Jim Schall who pointed out that officers are appointed by the Board and the club members have the right to accept or reject the candidates.

It moved that the candidates be accepted by acclimation


The division supervisors were also introduced, having been selected by their appropriate divisions.
