Treasurers report read and approved



Larry Burkholder made a request for volunteers for the CMOR model rail camp.



Larry B reported that a summer camp kick off program would be Saturday, June 12, from 10 AM until 1 PM, and that the Garden railroad should be up and running. The large scale group will clean up and check track work on Wednesday prior to the event. It was pointed out that the water fall pump has failed. The club agreed to buy the pump and some of Mark Furmen’s people will install it.



Larry B also reported that a Knoxville wood working club has volunteered to construct G scale buildings for the garden layout.



Alex Cameron reported that he has provided Jim Basford with the information needed to update/create CAD files for the proposed revision of the HO layout



Alex C asked about the CMOR utility bills and our impact to their cost. LB stated that at the moment the bills are being paid and that our impact is not that significant. However there could be a need to contribute to the utility costs at a later date if CMOR’s financial state did not improve.



Ken Klipple would like to schedule a basement cleanup/organize the stuff party and will poll the large scale members.
