Treasurers report read and approved



It was reported that four new members joined the club in July

(2 N scale, 1 HO, and 1 LS)



No division reports were made



Larry Burkholder reported that CMOR had received permission from UT to donate (pass on) to any organization the Cleaver HO layout that had been displayed at the Mall prior to its closing



Request for volunteers to run the garden layout Friday, August 6, for a garden gala/fund raiser



Ken Klipple reported that there would be a basement clean up day scheduled for August14, at 9 AM



Website changes were discussed but no action taken



Brian Woodriff and his wife were wished a farewell as they were moving to Birmingham, AL. Brian will be working for a new architectural firm there.

LOL! Allow me to correct a few things:



Brian Woodroof and his wife were wished a farewell as they were moving to Huntsville, AL. Brian will be working for the US Army Corps of Engineers there.
