N-Scale Gathering: May 31
 

This is our 5th Sunday of the month gathering and so is usually reserved for anything related to trains.:D

We will continue toward DCC integration of the n-scale layout but without our booster. Somehow, someway, sometime ago the smoke was let out of our unit.:mad: Its been sent to Dixitrax for surgery. The expected return is an unknown at this time. However, we will be modifying the stub track just in front of the engine maintenance building at the west end of the yard to use as a programming track. Soon it will be controlled by nothing more than zeros and ones.

Note that our n-scale layout will be a convertable setup. We will be able to switch between DC and DCC operating systems in less than 5 minutes.

Our club doors are usually open by around 12:00 noon.
